RED THUNDER 2010/2011 YOUTH SOCCER TEAM TRYOUTS

If you missed tryouts, and would like to be considered for a spot on a Red Thunder 2010-2011 team, contact the coach of the relevant age group list below. We are always looking for talented and motivated new players to join our player pool, so feel free to contact us year round. Red Thunder teams train twice per week and play games on Sundays.

The Red Thunder Soccer Club is a premier level youth soccer club conveniently located at the crossroads of 128(95)/93, in Reading, MA. Players and coaches are drawn primarily from Northeastern Massachusetts communities in Essex and Middlesex Counties.

Red Thunder Soccer features experienced, USSF and NSCAA licensed coaches, excellent facilities, training curricula focused on individual player development - tailored to the age-appropriate technical and tactical capabilities of each team - and open communications with players/families. The Club is dedicated to providing committed young soccer players the highest caliber learning environment for developing their skills to the next level.

In addition, Red Thunder operates a cost effective program enabling players and their families to experience the benefits of highly competitive club soccer…without budget busting prices.

The Club's long-range plan is to enter boys and girls teams covering all youth soccer age groups to compete in the MASC, MAPLE and MPS Leagues.

Youth soccer players on Club teams typically continue to play on their town travel teams - games are scheduled to play on Sundays to avoid travel league conflicts. Conflicts can and do occur with respect to practice schedules and make-up games. Mass Youth Soccer has published a DUAL ROSTERING STATEMENT which provides advice to coaches and parents for handling conflicts according the MYS Player Priortiy Guidelines.
